Dear UKAO,........ I would just like to give our club a plug , we don't hear about the LINDUM ACCORDION CLUB at Wragby near LINCOLN ,very much,

We have about 54 members from all over Lincoln and over the Humber bridge in Hull and area,  About 5 of us joined from Hull club when it closed last year and we were all made very welcome . 

Harry says all are welcome at The Lindum Accordion Club!

 The club has a very friendly atmosphere , the band lets anyone play, readers and nonreaders ,and being a non reader ,it really helps to gain confidence, and now I've got the courage to play in front ,after the tea break   ,Another thing the club is good at ,is raising funds for charity . Lindum club supports and raises money for LINCOLN ST.BARNABAS HOSPISE. In the last 8months ,up to January 08 ,a staggering Ј1124 has been donated to the Hospise ,, FANTASTIC .. This was made up from members playing at functions, Ј100 from raffles ,and would you believe , Ј24 selling doggy bags of food left over from our christmas dinner, also, selling an accordion that a member donated Ј85. Thanks to Wendy ,the treasurer ,for the figures .. What a nice club . We have a good time every 3rd wed of the month from 8.00pm.

The Lindum Accordion Club meets on the 3rd Wednesday of each month at Wragby Town Hall, which is on the A157 Louth Road, Wragby, just 100 metres or so from the junction with the A158 Skegness/Lincoln road.

The venue offers ample accommodation and on-site car parking, with convenient access to both the main hall and the annex. Kitchen facilities are available, and refreshments are served during a break in the evening's proceedings.
