Brownsville Texas will be presenting its annual Charro Days Fiesta in February. The week-long fiesta ends February 23 with the Friday night Baile Ranchero at the Jacob Brown Civic Center. Performers will include Los Dos Gilbertos, Ruben Vela, The TejanoBoys and a mariachi.
