The people at La Pena, especially Jose 'Dr.Loco' Cuellar and Ms.Sylvia Sherman, have allowed some of us local Forum members and friends to get together for a few hours on Sunday afternoon, Oct.26th, 2008 from 3pm-6pm.
Anyone and everyone is welcome to come by and talk, watch, play, sing, clap, tap your feet, dance, or whatever. Bring your instruments if you'd like.
This will be the 2nd gathering and if it goes anything like the first one, it should be 'a JAM'!! I hear that there's a new afinador in the Vallejo area who will be demo-ing a recently suped-up Panther. Maybe even another visit from Oakland's Ramon Ayala.
And don't forget, for those of you who are thirsty or hungry, Cafe Valparaiso has all you need and it's right in the same room!! Beer, sodas, Jarritos, and great Chilean comida - try the chicken sandwich or empanadas!
