This print of a positive organ was made in 1901. However the organ itself dates from the time of Louis XIII (1601-1643). In 1901 this organ was in the possession of the Conservatoire Royal in Brussels. I wonder if it is still there. Read more…

I like the design of this American Winter & Co piano dating from the 1950s. The cabriole legs are lovely and the mesh music stand fits in perfectly. Also note the 3 pedals denoting that this is perhaps a shade above many other upright pianos. This one sold for 725 on Ebay recently. Read more…
