International Accordion Festival in San Antonio, Texas

Held every year in the beautiful downtown Riverwalk area on the historic grounds of La Villita the festival features performances, workshops, open mic sessions, accordion jams and strolling musicians in a beer garden setting.

Prague Accordion and Harmonica Days
|
|
Amateur ensembles, orchestras, accordion and harmonica friends from all over the world are invited to Prague Accordion and Harmonica Days. There are three Categories: I. Accordion, melodeon and concertina ensembles (4 – 11 musicians without conductor). These bands may also include other instruments, but accordions and harmonicas have to predominate. Free choice of program. II. Accordion orchestras (12 or more, other instruments are allowed but accordion have to predominate). III. The Other orchestras (12 and more musicians, with arbitrary instruments: mouth-organ, tumtum and other bands).

Sata-Hame International Accordion Festival

This superb festival is a regular and highly diverse six-day event held every year shortly after midsummer. It provides an opportunity to enjoy the finest accordion music in the most beautiful surroundings. The individual performers and orchestras are always of the highest quality.

«Citta’ di Castelfidardo» Award for accordion bands and soloists
|
|
Solo competitors are playing two tours within their subcategories ranged by genre and age. A program of the competitor’s choice must include at least one piece from the original accordion musical literature. Also there’re one-tour competition for bands and orchestras where accordion is a main instrument or predominated.
