Shipping is starting the next day after the day when payment procedure is done. After we ship you ordered item you receive an automated confirmation message with the date and hour of shipment.
Orders sent around Europe by regular air mail go 1-2 weeks. Orders from North and South America, Asia, Australia and Pacific region find their destination in 1-3 weeks.

Order processing
Accordionist.Net editions and products are always immediately available. All orders are usually processed and shipped within 24-48 hours. During the month of August, for the Summer closing, times are subject to vary. Shipping times depend on the shipping service chosen by the customer during the checkout procedure and the relative shipping location.

Right of Withdrawal
Within the meaning and rules of EU Directives on the protection of Consumers, the Consumer acting for purposes which are outside his trade, business or profession can exercise his right of withdrawal within a maximum of 10 working days from the day of receipt of the goods.
Right of withdrawal is not applicable to Subscriptions. Returns must be authorized by Accordionist.Net prior to shipping. All shipping costs must be paid by the purchaser.
